Order and payment

• You must ensure the accuracy of your order submitted.
• Items ordered online will be dispatched subject to availability. Out of stock items will be cancelled.
• If possible, you will be informed via e-mail if there are insufficient stocks to deliver and/or when the out of stock item becomes available for you to reorder.
• In the event that ordered items are fully paid, we will refund the appropriate value of the products, excluding any charges incurred during the process of making such order.
• No order shall be accepted until payment has been received and confirmed via email by us, prior to your order being dispatched.
• We reserve the right to reject any order at our sole discretion without giving any reasons.
• Items can be ordered offline after which you will be contacted via email to confirm your order and to make payment.
• Prices advertised are valid only when purchased online. Prices may differ from others and we reserve the right to make alterations to the prices and description of the products without prior notice.
• The item prices on this web site are exclusive of delivery and handling charges and are shown in USD and RM(Ringgit Malaysia).
• You will be liable for any import duties and sales taxes that may be levied in the country of delivery.
• Transactions Payment may be made by;
1. Mastercard, Visa or Amex credit card in currency USD.
2. Wire transfer, Bank Draft or Cheque in currency Ringgit Malaysia, payable to JY Klasik Sdn Bhd.
3. Maybank Internet Banking in currency Ringgit Malaysia, payable to JY Klasik Sdn Bhd. 
• Orders will not be processed if your credit card payments cannot be authorized by the card issuer.

Delivery

• Orders will be dispatched within two to five working days, provided all stock items are available.
• For deliveries in Malaysia, please allow 3 to 14 working days from the date of dispatch.
• For International deliveries, please allow 2 to 6 weeks from the date of dispatch.
• Base on working days, all delivery times are estimates only and may vary according to destination and efficiency of the postal service.
• We reserve the right not to deliver the items to any unsecure address.
• Items ordered together might not be dispatched at the same time.
• We are not liable for late delivery or no supply of the items ordered.
• We are not liable for loss or damage to uninsured packages. Please specify via email if you would prefer us to quote postage costs including insured shipping.
• All orders will be charged postage (by weight and by destination) and handling, and will be dispatched via normal parcel mail or express parcel mail.

Refund Policy

• Any claim in respect of any shortage / defects of item received must be emailed to us immediately to obtain authorization to return.
• Please state your name, address, contact number, the nature of the shortage / defects and the invoice number. Failure to do so will deem you to have accepted the item.
• If we are liable for the claim, we can at our option make up the replacement or refund the value of the item plus postage incurred.
• The item must be appropriately packed with the original invoice and returned within 3 days upon receiving our authorization.
• The item must be in their original packaging, saleable condition and will be reviewed before a refund or replacement is being issued.
• Returns by post are made at your risk.
• Usage of an insured registered mail is recommendable as returns not received by us cannot be credited to you.
• Refunds will be credited to your payment card or a cheque will be issued. No cash refunds.
• If you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability for any claim.
